Welcome!
We would like to tell you a little about our place and products...
It may look hectic at times and may be a little loud, but we operate like a well-oiled machine.
We use the best products:
- We cut our steaks from primes
- We boil, peel and shred our hashbrowns
(approximately 1000 lbs. per week)
- Our corned beef is cooked here - then sliced or chopped for hash
- We patty our hamburgers from pure ground beef
- We cut our ham off the bone (the bones are then used to flavor some of our soups)
- We make our own marnara sauces, brown gravy, Spark's and Italian salad dressing
- The biscuit gravy is our own recipe
- Our chili & soup, you guessed it! no mixes, we make them from scratch.
